Natural Male Enhancement: Ways to achieve a bigger penis.

I will not recommend any products or post any links, so I have no gain in telling you this information.

Many people believe that they can take male enhancement pills by itself and in a couple days, gain 3-6 inches in length. This is completely untrue.

FACT: A penis gets bigger as more and more blood flow rushes into it.

What it means to you: You need the best blood flow for your body to achieve a longer, harder erection.

How to achieve:
1.Exercise. Exercising helps increase blood flow through your whole body, including your penis.
                2. Quit Smoking. Smoking effects blood flow and can cause Erectile Dysfunction.
                3. Eat healthy. Eating junk food clogs arteries and puts on fat, which cuts blood flow.
                4. Take vitamins. You can get these at the drug store for a reasonable price.

Vitamins that I recommend are L-Argine, if a male enhancement does not have this then DO NOT BUY IT! It is in many foods such as beef and lean chicken also. Recommended 2500 mg a day.
Gingko Biloba, is advertised as helping memory and increasing blood flow, EVERYWHERE ;)
Horny goat weed. They call it that for a reason.
Red Gingseng Root, not the type in most store bought teas.
These are the top vitamins to take but you need all 4 of them to work off each other. If you choose to buy male enhancement pills then DO NOT BUY unless all 4 of these are in the ingredients. If it does not list the ingredients, then DO NOT BUY.

Remember that natural male enhancements are just that. They enhance your male parts. But don't expect them to do it alone. A bodybuilder doesn't take vitamins and gets ripped without working out. The same goes with gaining size in your penis. So I recommend 3 workouts that really work. And the best part, it's completely free.

1. Jelqing: Mostly for girth. Expect gains within a month. Also good to do before sex to give it an extra thicker look. Get 75% erect but still flaccid. Make an OK sign with your left hand, grip the base of your penis and squeeze upwards like you're getting the last bit of toothpaste out. Stop at the bottom of your head and hold it. Then take your right hand and do that 100 times. Start with a 100 and increase to 200 after 2-3 weeks.

What that does is increase blood flow into your penis without letting it out, thus stretching your penis walls.

2. Stretch your penis on flaccid. Pull as far out as you can without causing pain. Do this 10 times for 30 seconds each.

3. Rotate your penis on flaccid. Pull penis in each direction for 4-5 seconds and do this 15 times in each direction.

These makes your penis stretch out and overtime will actually make your penis longer.

I did those 3 exercises without using any pills and after one month of this, I gained 3 inches on flaccid(went from always mushroom to actually hanging.) I gained .75 inches on hard. And I gained 1 full inch in girth. But remember this is just like any other exercise, you won't get anywhere if you don't stick with it and it won't happen overnight. I will keep you updated in any changes.

Raw Recap 2/21/11

Cena comes out with his 20 minute usual promo and goes back to basics. It is a must see rap geared towards the Rock. "I'm like a big purple windmill so you can blow me" and he commented about the Rock going to the wrong mountain, instead of going to Witchcraft Mountain, he was trying to go to Brokeback Mountain. Very funny segment from someone that I usually do not like.

Punk vs Morrison. I was so hyped for Raw putting on a phenomenoal(?) match. Both men are showing injuries after last night's Elimination Chamber, I look on the computer and look back up and the match is over. Very very short match with Punk getting the pin. Punk calls out Orton, promising Nexus isnt here. Orton sneaks attack and almost hits the RKO but Punk escapes. Nexus is down at ringside but Punk doesn't let them go to the ring.

ADR comes out only to be jumped by Kofi but ADR comes out on top like always.

Mark Henry beat Sheamus in a pretty quick match with Sheamus dominating the whole match until Mark does his powerslam.

Diva tag is somewhere in here, very boring.

2/21/11 is of course revealed as the Undertaker(online reports say Taker came out before he was supposed to when it was still on commercials lol) He does his whole eye rolling intro and.............................TIME TO PLAY THE GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I totally marked out. I did not see this coming tonight. Triple H comes out to a bigger pop than Taker. They stare each other down then Triple H stares at the Wrestlemania sign. Taker just stares, puts his hat back on, and walks away. Then jumps back in Triple Hs face to do the cut throat taunt. Triple H stares back at him and does the crotch chop. They continue to stare until commercial break. Big goosebumps and neither had to say a word. This is how you build to Wrestlemania.

Cole interview King and takes it too far by bringing up Kings recently dead mother. King challenges Cole, Cole runs back to his seat declining the offer before throwing his drink is Kings face and running away.

Miz/Cena vs Corre for Titles. Miz pins one of them after a SCF to win the belts. Miz over celebrates. Barrett does the rematch clause and the Corre win the title back after Miz hits the SCF on Cena with Slater on Cenas shoulders.

Overall, good show with big hype towards Wrestlemania but the matches really lacked. One thing I was happy about, no pointless comedic segments. (Meaning no Santino this week) Some is funny but most is a big flop.

Thoughts on last night's Elimination Chamber

I was unable to watch it last night due to horrible lagging on every single website that I went to. Seen maybe 30 seconds out of 3 hours.

ADR defeats Kofi with the cross armbar. 10 minute match. No title on the line. This was a quick set up for a feud for ADR before Wrestlemania. I didn't like it too much even though I like both guys. Just a little random.

Smackdown EC: Big Show eliminates Barrett after a KO punch.
Kane eliminates Big Show then Drew with Chokeslams
Edge hits a spear on both Rey and Kane when Rey was upside down doing a hurricarana.
                           Edge pins Kane
Edge beats Rey after Rey hits 619 and Edge spears him in mid air.
Edge still champ. No surprise, as he is best fit for ADR and they already started their feud.

Post match ADR attacks Edge and then Christian comes out and hits the killswitch on ADR then Edge hits his spear when ADR got back up.

Trish Stratus announced as another trainer for Tough Enough

Slater and Gabriel win tag belts after Gabriel's 450 splash on Koslov

Miz retains belt after winning cleanly SCF. Don't like this as a ppv match, Jerry is way past his prime and isn't entertaining at all. It's like Hogan beating Triple H at Wrestlemania, stupid.

Raw EC match: Punk eliminated by RKO but since his pod wasn't opening properly, Punk was allowed back in the match.
Truth eliminated by Sheamus bicycle kick
                         Orton eliminated by Punk's GTS
Sheamus eliminated by cross body by Morrison
                         Morrison eliminated by Punk's GTS
                         Punk eliminated by Cena AA
Cena faces Miz at Wrestlemania. Morrison vs Miz would of been better with their long history and work better together but they won't sell nearly as much as a Cena match. Very predictable finish. Truth should of had more time, he is very talented and everybody knows he won't win but why eliminate him in 2 minutes. Give him 5 to 10 minutes.

I heard both Elimination matches were 4 star matches so I'm disappointed that I missed it but the rest of the card was not worth the money to buy. It's like the Royal Rumble, all I want to see is the Rumble. The other matches, I have no concern about.

TNA vs. WWE

So the biggest topic over the past couple years in wrestling have been which company is better? To me, it's not really comparable. It's like Arena Football League trying to compete with NFL. NFL has been around so long and has the biggest stars and best promotions and the biggest show ever(Super Bowl). So why do people watch AFL? Because it is a faster pace than the dominating run game in the NFL. The plays are more exciting and the whole reason to watch a game is for touchdowns, not clock management like the NFL. This is the same with TNA and WWE.

WWE rules wrestling. They have the most popular talent. They have hundreds of shows on the road and overseas. They make millions off of their merchandise. They have been on the same established channel for years, one reason Smackdown doesn't do to well even though they have more talent. And they have the biggest show in town.(Wrestlemania) Plus they already put two big companies out of business with WCW and ECW.

TNA, to me, has better talent in the younger guys. They don't go on the road as much as they should, so they are usually at an Orlando based theme park. They are on a fairly new channel, which really hurts them in ratings since Spike TV doesnt get good ratings period. They need another show on a different day. They tried with that one hour show right after Impact but it didn't work out.

Talent wise, WWE usually revolves around 2-5 people for years at a time. This hurts their product in my opinion. Cena and Orton will always be in the title picture on Raw until they retire. They do the same with Undertaker and Rey Mysterio on Smackdown, who are the two most beaten up Superstars on the whole roster. Now what is great, none of these people are champions as of right now. It is Miz, who is a younger extremely talented heel(who still needs hell of ring work IMO) and Edge, who is a seasoned veteran with 11 Heavyweight title reigns(which is surprisingly never brought up when complaining about Cena or HHH's many title reigns.)

WWE does not focus on their tag team division, mostly only shown on Superstars. Yet every week we get to see Heavyweight contenders tag together several times before their singles PPV match. Extremely predictable. Their Women's division has gotten more exposure than it use to but has very thin talent for the number of Divas. (Why are the bellas, eve, kelly kelly, even there if they can't wrestle and aren't managing?)

Biggest complaint is the lack of use of the talent. They have/had so many talented wrestlers that they could of exposed them more but they rather have John Cena do a 25 minute promo, followed by him getting beat up, then an interview backstage about him getting beat up, then another 5 minute promo, then his tag team match where he totally destroys and doesn't sell. Come on, if Miz still had a real bruise on his face two weeks after Big Show knocked him out, then why are you jumping all around with not even a band aid on after Big Show threw you through the spotlight???

TNA has an abundance of talent. They are similiar with WWE by not showcasing it. But they only got one show and have a lot more rotation than WWE. I like that all of their wrestlers are shown as strong competitors unlike WWE. They make it believable for someone like Eric Young(TNA version of Santino) to win the World belt. Their tag team division is amazing, I love that they can actually work together and do high spot moves with each other like a real tag team does without ref interference. X division, which hasn't been shown too much since Hogan came, is also crazy. The fast pace, high flying, dare devil moves keep me on my toes. Womens division gets two matches a show and two or three promos too. Plus they have their own tag titles. They take WWE mid carders and make them stars. (Christian, R Truth, Ken Anderson, Pope, etc)

My biggest TNA complaint is the old WCW guys and making them the face of the company instead of the originals. But hey, guess what? Hogan been off air for awhile recovering from surgery. Nash is gone. Hall is gone. Sting is gone. Booker T is gone. Steiner was gone but recently came back. Jarrett owns it but at least hasn't been in the title picture for a long time. Flair is a manager which is great for the young guys. Thus, this has given Jeff Hardy, Ken Anderson, RVD(i know he is old but got screwed in WWE), AJ Styles, Abyss, Samoa Joe, Pope, Matt Morgan, Hernandez, etc all tremendous opportunities.

All in all, I faithfully watch Raw and WWE ppv's. I try my best to catch Impact and Smackdown but don't get to that often. WWE will forever be the leader in sports entertainment but TNA is worthy of watching also.

#2. Legalization of Prostitution

Prostitution has been around since the time of man. Women, men, and children are put at risk every day because of it. The spread of STD's and HIV/AIDS, getting pregnant, raped, kidnapped, beaten, drugged, and even murdered, are all increased risks of prostitution. So why legalize it?

1. To protect women and men. Everybody knows that a prostitute is a serial killers favorite target. People don't notice they are missing and if they do survive, most won't go to police because of their profession. (It's like a drug dealer telling the cops that his weed was stolen.)

2. Again, tax it. We can have brothels, where each brothel has to pay a licensing fee every year and the prostitutes have to pay their share of taxes like an independent contractor.

3. Again, stress reliever. Sure, divorce rates probably will go up but ever notice the difference between a man who gets no sex in his lousy marriage and one who does?

4. Helps people who are insecure about dating and being in relationships. Even dorks need to bust a nut every now and then.

Legalize prostitution. Make every brothel pay yearly fees. Make every prostitute get tested on a weekly basis. Must use protection with every genital to genital/mouth contact. Make every prostitute pay taxes.
Have security and cameras in case anybody gets out of hand. Verify 18 years old and up.

This is how you increase jobs and safety of our most beloved people. Thoughts? Opinions?

Side note: I know religious people will disagree but lets face it. Not everybody is religious. I don't believe in church but you don't see me and any other deists or atheists going to your place of worship and protesting. It will happen irregardless, so instead of sweeping it under the rug, lets do something about it to protect these women.

#1. Legalization of Marijuana

Marijuana is a mind-altering drug that speeds up your heart rate while slowing down the rest of your body. It is the most used illegal drug in the whole entire world. Many indigenous tribes use marijuana as part of tribal rituals as it provides a very relaxing effect. Marijuana has been slandered for years and highly associated with people of poverty, even though the people who pull the strings are usually sophisticated and educated.

Due to supply and demand, with the increase in Mexico's border control, marijuana is becoming a very dangerous drug to get and depending on the quality,  can be very costly. They seize thousands and thousands of pounds every year, just from the border. Most of their seizures are worth over a million dollars. $5 a gram, $2250 a pound, 445 pounds gets you a million dollars.(this is only on the basis of selling each gram for $5, as most gets cheaper by the more you buy)

Every year, thousands of gang bangers and illegal immigrants are killed while distributing this drug. Many innocent people die in the crossfire. Peaceful people are robbed and/or killed while trying to buy it. So why would we want to legalize it?

1. If we legalize it, not only will it pump billions of dollars into the economy but if we can go to the store and buy it, then the government can tax it. Therefore, increasing even more revenue.

2. It will create thousands of jobs with very little overhead. You can plant it outside and let nature do its work. Harvest it then transport it to the local shops. Creating a job for a gardener, a truck driver, and a store owner.

3. Marijuana, itself, does not kill people. No records are found of people overdosing on it like tylenol or other over the counter drugs. How many high driver accidents are there a year? I'm sure there are a few but nowhere near alcohol related fatalities. People will slow down and take their time when they are driving.

4. Fast food and the snacking industry will boom through the roof.

5. Crime rates will decrease a lot if the product is taken off the street and into stores. Remember prohibition and what happened with that? Now that alcohol is legal, you don't see people getting killed making it or selling it. (Just drinking it lol.)

6. It's about time that everybody in the world smokes a joint and just relax. We only have one life to live but everybody wants to rush rush rush. Smoke a joint and enjoy life.

So what are your thoughts and opinions?
